Teamwork and years of training and expertise define Jason C. Croft, DMD, General Family Dentistry as a leader in the dental community.
For adult patients, we feel that the initial appointment should be a comprehensive oral exam. It is important that we have enough time to review your medical and dental history, to check all of your teeth for decay and defective fillings, to examine your mouth for oral cancer and periodontal disease, and to take the necessary diagnostic x-rays.
After the dentist has diagnosed the results of your exam, we will see you for a consultation appointment at no additional charge to discuss our findings and to outline recommended treatment.
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises during normal office hours, please call the office as early in the day as you can. We reserve special times for patients with emergency needs, and you will be seen as quickly as possible.
When you make an appointment, that time is held just for you. Therefore it is important that you make your appointment for a time that is convenient for you. If you must cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice so that we have adequate time to schedule another patient who is awaiting treatment.
We encourage you to call with questions regarding your treatment. Our administrative staff is trained to answer most questions. If your call requires that the doctor speaks with you, please leave a message and the doctor will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
We know that your time is valuable, which is why we make our patient paperwork readily available for our patients' convenience. Fill out the necessary forms below prior to your first visit with us and expect an even shorter wait time!
We make every effort to keep our costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care. Our fees reflect the high level of service, technology, and experience that you receive while visiting our office.
If your treatment program requires several visits, we can provide you with an estimate and various alternatives for financing your treatment. Please ask a member of our administrative staff for more details.
Many of our patients have dental insurance. Unfortunately, insurance companies have become increasingly unresponsive to our submission of your claim for payment. As you know, we are not part of the agreement between you and your dental insurance agency.
Our office will gladly submit your insurance claim at the time of treatment. However, please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance (at the time of treatment) or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company.
If your insurance company does not respond to your claim for payment within 30 days (which is required by law), you will receive a bill from our office for any outstanding balance. Please remit your balance immediately and contact your insurance company regarding their delay in payment. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
